EVENT PRODUCER: THE WILD HONEY PIE
Context: The Beehive is The Wild Honey Pie’s free concert series hosted during SXSW in Austin and Northside Festival in Brooklyn. At each event, up to 2,000 guests enjoy a curated lineup of up to 20 buzzyworthy artists for a day and night of emerging indie music. Typical features of The Beehive include playful stage design, sponsored happy hours, photo booths, gift bags, raffles, sponsored free mere store, and event-specific cocktails.
My role: As the Head of Brand Partnerships for The Beehive series this year, I oversaw both account management and activation production for our 2017 roster of partners. I facilitated the successful fulfillment of all sponsorship collateral and deliverables for our sponsors including D’Angelico Guitars, Bumble, Polar Seltzer, and Soylent. I was the point of contact for all sponsor coordination from the moment a statement of work was signed through event recap and contract renewal.
