BRAND PARTNERSHIP SALES + PRODUCTION LEAD

AGENCY: THE WILD HONEY PIE // PARTNER: D’ANGELICO GUITARS


Objective: to expand the emerging artist roster of D’Angelico Guitars, a venerable guitar company born and based in NYC

Context: The Wild Honey Pie is a digital music publication and events company serving up the best in emerging music to a dedicated audience of millennial tastemakers. They specialize in experiential events and captivating video and editorial content.

My role: As an account executive on the partnerships team, I designed and sold music-centric integrated media campaigns for The Wild Honey Pie’s portfolio of events and digital offerings. For the D’Angelico deal, I established initial contact with the brand, then mapped out the partnership agreement and oversaw fulfillment of all deliverables. The partnership included 8 branded live performance videos featuring buzzy indie musicians, an email marketing campaign and a showcase activation at The Beehive SXSW 2017. D’Angelico received important exposure amongst The Wild Honey Pie’s audience and established strong brand relationships with artists like Big Thief, A R I Z O N A, Middle Kids, Wilsen, HOOPS, and Overcoats.
